John Eric Bentley is an actor and voice artist whose commanding presence has enriched screen and animation since 1996. His career spans commercials, on-camera roles, and immersive voice work.

Bentley's breakthrough in voice acting came through iconic video game portrayals, including the fiery Barret Wallace in Final Fantasy VII Remake and Rebirth, where his raw emotion captured the character's unyielding spirit. John will be featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. He will be starring as another member of JSOC named Eric Samuels.

He also lent his voice to Nick Fury in Marvel's Disk Wars: The Avengers and various animated series, stepping seamlessly into the role when Samuel L. Jackson was unavailable. His other gaming highlights include Nathan Seymour/Fire Emblem in Tiger & Bunny and Yosuke Tendo in Yakuza: Like a Dragon

In animation and film, Bentley's credits include roles like King Bulgher in Netflix's Cannon Busters, Varys Truss in Promare, and Whiplash in Turbo F.A.S.T.. He voiced Winston across the Alpha and Omega franchise, added depth to Tron: Uprising and Ridley Jones, and brought gravitas to anime dubs such as Viviano Westwood in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Sonoda in Baki. On live-action, he appeared in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Hotel Artemis.
