Be a part of the Washington State Gaming Expo’s free-play arcade area by loaning your pinball machine and/or arcade machine(s). In doing so, receive some awesome perks:

• Receive a $50 stipend for every game you loan (paid within two weeks post-event).
• One 3-day exhibitor pass for the first two games loaned, and one-day admission tickets for the next 8 games. (maximum of two 3-day passes, and eight 1-day tickets).
• Additional compensation for 5 or more games.
• Great opportunity to sell your arcade and pinball games at the event.

All games must be in working condition, and remain on the show floor for the entire event and set to free play. We’re looking for original games and pinball machines and NOT newer multi-game cabinets. The Washington State Gaming Expo will do everything we can to ensure the games are returned in the same condition as they were provided with staff and security monitoring the area. The game(s) owner is responsible for transporting their game(s) both to and from the event during the allotted times provided.
