We just had to bring Funtime Freddy a buddy to join in the fun at the Gaming Expo. Please welcome Becky Shrimpton to our first annual Washington State Gaming Expo in Puyallup on March 29-31, 2024. Becky has voiced Funtime Chica and Bon Bon in the hit series Five Nights at Freddy’s.

For the past decade, Becky Shrimpton has enjoyed being a voice actor kids would recognize in games and animation, like Five Nights at Freddy’s, Warframe, Next Stop Nowhere, Bendy and the Dark Revival, Fireman Sam, and Luna, Chip & Inkie: Adventure Rangers Go! She’s an avid movie watcher and specializes her knowledge in Canadian film, which led her to become an award-winning podcast host and producer for brands like Microsoft, The Globe and Mail and Hollywood Suite. You can also catch her takes on classic films on the Hollywood Suite’s original series A Year in Film .

An award-winning podcaster and pop-culture commentator, Becky started out with her own podcast, The Royal Canadian Movie Podcast which ran for three years and featured interviews with Canadian film industry experts, Academy Award winners, comedians, and more. She’s also the co-host and co-writer of the podcast AI Meets World from Microsoft and the Globe and Mail’s Globe Content Studio which explores how AI technology is changing the world around us and uses sci-fi movies and TV to explain complex topics. Finally, she’s a film expert and produces and hosts the podcast version as well as appearing on the tv show A Year In Film for Hollywood Suite.
