All Guests that are promoted are under contract to appear for the days indicated.  If any Guest has an unforeseen conflict personally or professionally and can not make the event, Washington State Gaming Expo will post a notice on the website and social media immediately.  No refunds will be given for admission tickets due to a Guest’s postponement or cancellation.
