Standard Vendor Booths
Vendor Booths will be located in the Showplex, Pavilion1, and Pavilion2. Each will be priced differently and have unique attributes. All booths will come with what is listed in the grid below. The prices displayed should be used as a baseline and actual pricing may vary up and down based on location. If you are interested in a 20′ x 50′ or larger, please send us a message for more information.
Independent Gaming Exhibitor
The Washington State Gaming Expo will have two special areas dedicated to Gaming Developers. These areas will be prominently located with high visibility as it is our focus to encourage and support the creative and exhausting process of game development. All applications will be jury reviewed, considered, and scored via a standard rubric factoring the appeal to Gaming Expo attendees, social media influence, successful past participation, and previous efforts of promotion. Our jury process allows us to curate a significant Independent Gaming Development area that has a selection that is varied, meaningful, inspiring, and exciting for attendees while also being balanced and profitable for the developers.
Artist Alley Booths
The Artist Alley at the Washington State Gaming Expo is a special area that has been set aside and curated for artists, writers, and small publishers. The area has a limited number of spaces. All applications will be jury reviewed, considered, and scored via a standard rubric factoring the artist’s craft, creativity, execution, appeal to Gaming Expo attendees, social media influence, successful past participation, and previous efforts of promotion. Our jury process allows us to curate an Artist Alley that has a selection that is varied, meaningful, inspiring, and exciting for attendees while also being balanced and profitable for the artists. All decisions made by the jury will be final.
Statement on AI:
The Washington State Summer Con will continue to support original art and the creators of original art. We will be prohibiting the sale of AI-generated artwork created using sourced content that the seller does not hold legal rights to at our events.
Crafter, Handmade, and Maker Booths
The Washington State Gaming Expo will feature 7 to 12 vendor booths designated for individuals who produce products related to the gaming market that is not an art print or digital medium. Examples include, but are not limited to, candles, household items, jewelry, handmade clothing, etc. Sales of merchandise, other than those produced by you are not permitted.
All applications will be jury reviewed, considered, and scored via a standard rubric factoring the craft, creativity, execution, appeal to Summer Con attendees, social media influence, successful past participation, and previous efforts of promotion. Our jury process allows us to curate options for attendees that have a selection that is varied, meaningful, inspiring, and exciting for attendees while also being balanced and profitable for the handmade artists and crafters. All decisions made by the jury will be final.
The Washington State Gaming Expo wants to support the efforts and talents of each handmade vendor and is sponsoring each crafter’s booth to reduce the cost for these vendors. The number of these booths will be limited. Vendors that are not accepted into this area may be given the option to purchase a Standard 10′ x 10′ Vendor Booth if the crafter spots sell out.
